Death sentence for nuclear scientist’s killer

Majid Jamali-Fashi, accused by Iran of the assassination, "sponsored and designed by Israel", of nuclear physicist Masoud Ali-Mohammadi, has been sentenced to death by an Iranian court.

According to local news media reports on 29 August, General Gholam Reza Mohseni-Ejei, an Iranian prosecutor, said, “Ali Jamali Fashi, the assassin involved in killing Masoud Ali-Mohammadi, was sentenced to death due to charges of waging war against God (Moharebeh) and corruption on the earth.”
