Qatar has launched its first national strategy for development and investment in R&D and innovation in a bid to move towards a knowledge-based economy by 2030.
The Qatar National Research Strategy (QNRS) was unveiled at the start of the Joint Qatar Foundation Annual Research Forum and Arab Expatriate Scientists Network Symposium in Doha 21 October.
