Iran ‘first to make biodiesel in Middle East’

Iran is to become the first country in the Middle East to produce biodiesel, the Iranian Students News Agency reports.

According to the paper, Ali Arab-Zadeh, managing director of the Iranian Green Products Refining Company, says that Iran will make 600,000 litres of biodiesel fuel in less than one month’s time.
