Richard Powell, associate professor of human geography at the University of Oxford, tells Cristina Gallardo how he prepared his application for the Independent Social Research Foundation’s Mid-Career Fellowships.
The ISRF, a Liechtenstein-registered charity, was set up in 2008 by a group of philanthropists to fund interdisciplinary social science research in Europe. The foundation welcomes applications until 19 February for its third round of Mid-Career Fellowships, which offer one-year grants worth up to £60,000.
