Opportunity profile: A cool assessment of climate change

The Royal Geographical Society’s latest addition to its grants portfolio enables researchers to look at climate change in the world’s coldest areas. The society’s grants officer Huw Jones tells Gretchen Ransow about the Walters Kundert Fellowship.

Up to £10,000 is available through the Walters Kundert Fellowship, which was established earlier this year by the Royal Geographical Society thanks to a donation from the Walters Kundert Charitable Trust. The fellowship supports research involving field work in polar regions or high mountain environments. The deadline for applications to the next round is 23 November.

How does this fellowship fit within the society’s portfolio?
