The Rosetrees Trust should be on the radar of all biomedical researchers with interdisciplinary interests. Previous grant winners Pantelis Georgiou and Jethro Herberg tell Ashleigh Furlong about their evidence-based application.
The Rosetrees Trust may be a small biomedical research funder but its budget is growing, and so is its ambition. The trust focuses on helping those with the best ability to advance medical science, whether professors or young talented researchers.
The trust’s annual Interdisciplinary Award offers up to £250,000 for three-year projects tackling innovative research at the interface between disciplines. Next year’s deadline for applications is 28 February.
