Highlighting benefits for both parties is important in the Royal Society’s famous International Exchanges scheme

Top tips

  • Make full use of the Royal Society’s online application, as it makes collaborating on the bid easier
  • Consider how to maximise benefits for both parties as you design your project
  • Adding an element of interdisciplinarity can make a proposal more appealing
