The cognition-focused Fyssen Foundation supports early career researchers moving to or from France

Based in Paris, France, the Fyssen Foundation focuses on research that explores cognitive ability and the capacity of reason. This means it supports researchers in several fields, including palaeontology, archaeology, anthropology and psychology.

The foundation has four strands of support for researchers, including two grant schemes, one of which is the Postdoctoral Study Grant. The grants are open to researchers living in France who want to spent time at an institution abroad, and to researchers living abroad who want to spend time in a laboratory in France.
