Court of Appeal quashes OfS registration refusal

Decision on Bloomsbury Institute overturned in judgement

The civil division of the Court of Appeal has upheld a complaint from the Bloomsbury Institute—formerly the London School of Business and Management—that a ruling by the Office for Students to refuse it registration as a higher education provider was unlawful.

In a brief note dated 30 July acknowledging the judgement, the court said it would provide reasons for its ruling before the middle of August.
