Office for Students warns institutions over “increasingly sophisticated” methods of cheaters

Universities are being warned that essay mills are targeting institutions’ websites in a bid to reach students, which could risk the “reputation and integrity” of universities.

In a blog post published on 2 July, Office for Students director of regulation Susan Lapworth said that universities should “consider some of the associated cybersecurity issues” with essay mills.
