UK universities are taking the lead in boosting creative economies in seven countries through 35 British-Council-funded partnerships.
Under the five-year Creative Spark: Higher education enterprise programme, British universities and creative institutions will form partnerships with institutions in Central Asian and South Caucasian countries, worth up to £50,000 each, helping to create jobs and give young people access to international networks.
Keele University, London Metropolitan University and Newcastle University are among 35 institutions taking part in the programme’s first year.
