Staff at the University of Portsmouth are planning to stage a second protest against job losses in the faculty of science.
On Wednesday 10 July, staff and students will lobby members of the board of governors to help stop proposals that the University College Union (UCU) says could lead to up to 50 job losses in the faculty of science.
The University of Portsmouth said the figure was 34.4 full-time equivalent academic posts in the faculty of science, out of a total university-wide work force of 400 academic roles.
