Staff turn on Goldsmiths, University of London, over third round of job cuts in 10 years

Goldsmiths, University of London, has come under fire from staff over a £10 million savings plan that will lead to redundancies.

Members of the University College Union and Unison union held an emergency meeting on 29 January to discuss the savings plan, called Evolving Goldsmiths, which they say will “cut the number of frontline staff”. Staff at the university went on strike over pensions and pay last year.
