Ed Byrne to leave King’s College London

President and principal due to depart next year

Ed Byrne is to stand down as president and principal of King’s College London.

Byrne has been in the role, which is equivalent to vice-chancellor, since 2014. According to a job advert posted online, he will complete his term of office “by the end of the academic year 2020-21”.
