Trinity Hall launches inquiry into assault claims

Cambridge college sets out details for external inquiry into claims of sexual assault

The University of Cambridge’s Trinity Hall has launched an external inquiry into its handling of “all the allegations raised, and matters referred to” in an investigation by the Tortoise news site detailing claims of sexual assault at the college.

On 12 March, Trinity Hall confirmed that Gemma White QC would lead the inquiry and said that the findings would be made as widely available as possible. An update on the inquiry will be published in 21 days’ time.
