Union says it would back members considering industrial action over lack of preparedness
The University and College Union has launched a system that will allow higher education staff to register concerns about their institution’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.
The union says it plans to “name and shame” universities where it believes it is apparent that insufficient action had been taken to keep staff, students and the local community safe amid the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak.
