Watchdog sets out draft rules on large group complaints from university students

The higher education ombudsman has released more details on how it will change its systems to cope with large group complaints from students in the wake of widespread disruption.

The Office of the Independent Adjudicator said its proposals on how to deal with mass complaints from students, published 9 February, would offer “a bespoke approach” and were designed to cope with a large number of complaints from students at the same university.
