Watchdog ruling revealed in case studies detailing student complaints

A university was told to reimburse an international student £5,000 in tuition costs after the Office of the Independent Adjudicator upheld the student’s complaint about missed learning as a result of the pandemic.

On 2 March, the OIA published a series of case studies detailing student complaints made during the 2019-20 academic year and related to Covid-19.
