Watchdog finalises rules around collective complaints for students

Independent adjudicator publishes changes as it braces for surge of complaints from students

The Office of the Independent Adjudicator has finalised its rules on collective complaints from students, which it expects to see more of in the wake of Covid and its associated disruption of campuses across the country.

The student complaints body for English and Welsh higher education institutions will bring the new rules into force on 19 April, two months after the draft changes were released in February.
