Union says members must be ready to vote for industrial action

The head of the University and College Union has written to members telling them to mentally prepare for more industrial action in the ongoing row over the Universities Superannuation Scheme.

In a letter to UCU members published on 27 April, general secretary Jo Grady said the pension scheme “is facing a renewed attack” from employers.
