Repayment overhaul on the agenda as students and graduates sought to help loans body
The Student Loans Company is looking for students and graduates to help it oversee the “customer journey” of those making repayments, as it overhauls its systems in the wake of major criticism.
A 16-member student finance customer panel, which will meet four times a year, is being set up to “enhance…understanding of the customer journey”, the SLC said on 12 January.
