Sam Gyimah has appealed for his party to occupy the centre ground of British politics in dealing with the country’s exit from the European Union, or risk defeat at the next general election.

Interviewed by the magazine’s political editor George Eaton, Gyimah answered questions on higher education, Brexit and the electoral fortunes of the Conservatives.
