Paramedic students join nurses with up to £8,000 grant funding

Students taking certain health courses will get between £5,000 and £8,000 in non-repayable grants

Students training to be paramedics, radiographers and speech therapists will join nursing students in getting a £5,000 grant from the government.

On 20 January, the Department for Health and Social Care confirmed a list of health subjects where students will get at least £5,000 and up to £8,000 in non-repayable grants, including paramedic students and trainee radiographers.
