Universities minister will not guarantee that the UK will take part in future exchange scheme
Universities and science minister Chris Skidmore has stopped short of promising the UK will take part in the next Erasmus+ student exchange scheme.
His hesitancy to unreservedly back future UK participation in the scheme comes despite prime minister Boris Johnson’s promise that there would be “no threat” to the UK’s place in Erasmus+ after Brexit.
