Delegates at the annual Labour get-together have a lot on their minds. Not all of it is necessarily outward-looking at this point in time.

There will be others concerned, for good or ill, by the summer-long debacle around the adoption of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s definition and examples of anti-Semitism.
