Anyone wanting to make an impact with a newsworthy announcement might think twice about releasing anything this week. Tuesday sees the long-awaited, once-postponed vote in parliament on prime minister Theresa May’s negotiated terms of exit from the European Union. All other news, you would think, is on hold.
