Universities UK has issued advice on how to minimise risk in the event of a no-deal Brexit.
Today, prime minister Theresa May is due to return to parliament with her Plan B. Following the historic defeat of her negotiated terms of departure from the European Union by 230 votes, she must now say what she plans to do next.
It would seem that even May is coming to accept that her original deal will not pass through parliament. Accordingly, the government is expected to lay down a neutral motion that can be amended by the opposition and backbench MPs.
