The Office of the Independent Adjudicator publishes its annual report.

One of the enduring mysteries of higher education is not how many “customer complaints” end up in court but how few. It is a sign that the Office of the Independent Adjudicator is functioning well.

This morning, the OIA publishes its annual report, having previously released briefing notes on cases of sexual harassment and case studies of student complaints related to industrial action. As ever, the OIA report makes for interesting reading and is indicative of the state of higher education today.
