Pay slip

The most recent gender pay gap data raise as many questions as they answer about how universities are progressing.

The deadline for universities (and indeed all employers with more than 250 employees) to submit their 2018 gender pay gap data passed this month, and Playbook has been picking through the figures to see what’s what.

There are of course the headline figures, which we reported on our website yesterday but bear repeating here—particularly since the university-specific analyses that we have seen so far rather jumped the gun and missed out several of the later-filing institutions.
