The Office for Students has published its latest board meeting documents, and they make for fascinating reading.

Later in the day, reporter Fiona McIntyre caught up with OfS chair Michael Barber in London to ask him why so many universities (almost 200 of the 352 institutions on the register) are under “enhanced monitoring” by the regulator—as revealed by Playbook last week.
