What do data from Public Health England tell us about Covid-19 transmission in universities?

Students have a right to be angry. Promises have been made and not kept, while students have taken the blame for community transmission during the pandemic.

On Monday, many students learned that they were unlikely to see the inside of a seminar room before September. This is despite assurances by universities minister Michelle Donelan before Christmas that students would complete a “staggered” return to campus by 7 February.
