A pay offer for lecturers and the difficulty of finding work experience in a pandemic
Academic employers have made a final pay offer for 2021-22.
A spokesman for the Universities and Colleges Employers Association told Playbook that the proposed uplift would be graded in such a way as to award a minimum increase of 1.5 per cent to all pay points at spine point 22 or above, with higher percentage uplift to spine points below that, up to a maximum of 3.6 per cent.
