Hepi on free speech, the OfS on harassment, and new faces at select committees
This morning, the Higher Education Policy Institute, the Office for Students and the Centre for Inequality and Levelling Up all publish reports. Yesterday, the skills minister, the OfS chief executive and the Universities UK chief executive all appeared before parliamentary committees.
On quieter news days, any one of these events would have been strong contenders for Playbook’s main focus this morning. As it is, we will have to spread our butter more thinly and take a look at all of these breaking stories in turn, starting with Hepi.
