The director for fair access will address an OfS event later today
It is early days in John Blake’s tenure as England’s director for fair access and participation—but it is fair to say that he has exhibited a keenness to get his name out there. Playbook has already received more press releases about his speeches than we ever did about Chris Millward, his predecessor.
That is not a criticism of Millward. Playbook has praised the work of the former director multiple times. He was an intelligent, hard-working and genuine champion for access.
