Another busy day beckons in higher education as several important reports hit the shelves

As readers know, Playbook likes to bring you a deep dive into current policy developments to enjoy with your morning coffee. This morning, however, there are four separate and significant developments, all of which—on another, quieter day—would deserve top billing.

Today sees the arrival of the final report of the Times Education Commission and a publication by the Institute for Fiscal Studies on the declining levels of financial support available to students in England.
