Another day, another story about the Home Office and universities. Yesterday saw the realisation of the threat to block the dependants of international master’s students from accompanying their spouses or parents to the UK.
Chris Parr brought us the news when it finally broke. It rather put a dampener on the relaunch of Universities UK’s #WeAreInternational campaign—Braverman is not the first home secretary who does not care what the university lobbyists say.
