We begin this morning with a publication by the Higher Education Policy Institute on regional research capacity, authored by Jonathan Adams, Jonathan Grant, David Smith and Martin Szomszor. Cards on the table, Jonathan Adams is a colleague of ours.
He is the chief scientist (it says here) at the Institute for Scientific Information.
