Today’s date may only come around every four years, but busy Thursdays in the world of higher education seem to be an almost weekly occurrence. Universities UK, the Office for Students and the Higher Education Policy Institute all release reports and analyses today—so let’s leap to it.
We’ll start with UUK, which this morning speaks to the hot topic of the day—international student recruitment—with an analysis that claims the growth in the number of international students in the UK since the launch of the International Education Strategy in 2019 has contributed £60 billion to the UK economy.
