DUP ‘very confident’ about universities after Brexit

Universities in Northern Ireland will be protected if there is a no-deal Brexit, says DUP

Northern Ireland’s pro-Brexit Democratic Unionist Party says it understands universities’ concerns about leaving the European Union and will push for solutions “whatever outcome happens” with Brexit.

Nigel Dodds, deputy leader of the DUP, told Research Professional News that the party was “very, very convinced” that arrangements to help protect universities in Northern Ireland would be put in place whatever the outcome of Brexit.
