Scottish Funding Council details funding uplift for 2021-22, plus more cash this year
Universities in Scotland will receive £1.1 billion in teaching and research funding in the next academic year to help them navigate the “financial uncertainty” caused by Covid-19.
Funding allocations published by the Scottish Funding Council on 24 March revealed that universities will receive £1.1bn for the 2021-22 academic year—an increase of almost 6 per cent.
