Office of the Independent Adjudicator sets out practical advice for course, campus and institutional failure

The higher education complaints body for England and Wales has published guidance for institutions that have to close down.

Alongside the advice, covering campus and course closure, and institutional failure, the Office of the Independent Adjudicator provided a case study on GSM London, which went into administration last year, leaving more than 3,500 students in limbo.
