Higher education ombudsbody consults on new approach to arbitration

The Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education has opened a consultation on the process for managing complaints from groups of students at the same institution.

The OIA cites recent industrial action in universities and the closure of the Greenwich School of Management as examples of when groups of students have made representation to the ombudsbody for England and Wales with a shared grievance.
