Warning over student rental income squeeze

Unite Students forecasts fall of up to 20 per cent in rental income

Student accommodation firm Unite Students has said it is expecting a drop in rental income of up to 20 per cent for 2020-21 as huge disruptions in higher education drive down its lettings.
