Survey: students less lonely now, but still more so than other adults

ONS data also show majority of students are already back at their term-time addresses

Students’ loneliness has decreased as national lockdown restrictions have eased, data released by the Office for National Statistics have shown.

According to an ONS data release on 6 May, 22 per cent of students questioned between 15 and 22 April said they often or always felt lonely, down from 31 per cent at the start of March.
