The Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) is planning a three-day strike to protest against the use of unlicensed technicians in public hospitals.
Godswill Okara, the president of AMLSN, said patients are being given a diagnosis based on laboratory tests by unlicensed technicians.
