The Directorate-General for Development and Cooperation (EuropeAid) has released a call for proposals for its European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights country-based support scheme for Liberia.
The objective of the scheme is to strengthen Liberian civil society organisations, including independent political foundations, to promote human rights and democratic reforms, support the peaceful conciliation of group interests, and consolidate political representation and participation.
