Norway’s aid agency, NORAD, is inviting institutions in low and middle-income countries to apply for seed funding to develop proposals for research and innovation capacity-building projects.
Applications for the seed funding must be submitted in partnership with Norwegian higher education institutions by 5 November. Successful applicants will receive funding from NORAD’s new funding for supporting research programme.
