Cape Coast and Cape Town universities join hands

Two African universities are in talks to create joint research partnerships.

The University of Cape Coast in Ghana and the University of Cape Town in South Africa met last week to iron out details of the partnership.

Stephen Kendi, the dean of the faculty of social sciences at UCC, says UCT is an ideal partner because it “offers a well-structured arrangement for research and this shows in the quality and output of its research community."
