Canada’s International Development Research Centre has launched a funding opportunity of up to 15 million Canadian dollars (US$14.6m) for collaborative research on climate change adaptation in Africa and Asia.
The programme is part of the IDRC’s Collaborative Adaptation Research Initiative in Africa and Asia (CARIAA), a seven-year research programme that it funds jointly with the UK’s Department for International Development. The grants will fund research consortia consisting of three to five members.
