Most Norway-trained African PhDs return home

Three-quarters of all African doctoral students who study in Norway return to their home countries after completing their degree.

More Africans return than students from other developing regions. Half of the Asian students and 40 per cent of the Latin American students had jobs in Norway two years after their graduation.
